  • You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see the need, fill the gap, and probably build a cute system or automation while you’re at it. You’re always looking around for what you can take off someone’s plate.

  • You’re warm, professional, and quick to respond—whether it’s a team member, client, customer, or someone sliding into our DMs with a question. Even those testy Karen Facebook comments are no match for your “kill ‘em with kindness” response.

  • You notice the little things (like typos, missed links, or wonky spacing) and make sure nothing slips through the cracks! You are the girl who is always looking to make something even better! You can’t help but improve!

  • You love a good list, always creating a new system, thrive with structure, and keep things running smoothly, even when juggling lots of moving parts.

  • Your whole life is online, so digital systems are second nature. Whether it’s Zapier, ClickUp, Flodesk, ManyChat, Meta, LTK, or course platforms—you either know them or pick them up fast. Bottom line? You figure it out and get it done.

  • If you light up at a good before-and-after, have way too many throw pillows, or consider Target runs a form of self-care… you’re gonna love it here.

What We’re Looking For

The Nitty-Gritty of the Position

  • You’ll help us show up well for our clients, students, and followers by managing communication across platforms. That means following up with warm leads, cleaning up comment sections, managing our course Facebook group, and sending fun surprise-and-delight moments like Starbucks gift cards for testimonials.

  • From organizing discovery call notes to archiving workflows and keeping track of messaging trends, you’ll help make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be creating helpful docs, organizing client info, and supporting our lead designer with behind-the-scenes admin tasks that keep the business running like a well-oiled machine.

  • You'll be a key player in helping our team stay efficient and focused. Whether you're supporting onboarding, spotting places to streamline, or creating simple systems that make everything easier—you’ll be the girl who keeps things moving forward.

  • This is a remote position with flexible hours. We’re looking for someone who can grow and scale with our needs and wants to be a key part of our team for the long term. Currently we’re looking at 6-10 hours per week.

    Starting at $22+/hr depending on skillset, experience, and value add.

My deepest desire is to help people create life-giving environments within their homes that restore, inspire, and help them gather the people they love together. While working in ministry at a local church for six years, I saw just how powerful well-designed spaces were in achieving that vision. The environments we create in our homes have the power to change the way we feel, even our lives, for ourselves and others. That’s why I started Homzie in 2019.

I dreamed of helping people take the hard work out of home decorating by creating a seamless online interior design experience. Giving them the confidence to open the doors to their homes. To date, Homzie has helped hundreds of clients from across the country decorate like pros. It’s incredible to be able to turn our clients’ homes into spaces they love to share.

Home is personal, we believe the design experience should be also.
