  • Absolutely, we design based on the measurements you share to make sure recommendations are appropriate for your space. Because we aren’t on-site, we always recommend double-checking dimensions before purchasing larger items.

  • Our flat-rate design packages are intentionally structured to deliver thoughtful, high-quality designs within a clear and efficient timeline. Single-room projects follow a streamlined 5-week design timeline from kickoff to final revisions, while multi-room projects follow an extended 7+ week timeline depending on the number of spaces and overall scope of work to ensure each room receives the same level of care and attention to detail.

  • Yes! If requested, your designer will happily recommend paint colors or wall treatments that enhance your support the overall design plan and vision. We always recommend trying out paint samples before committing.

  • Open concept layouts are very common. While the space may feel like one continuous area, each functional zone is treated as its own room. For example, a kitchen, dining area, and living room within the same footprint would be considered three separate rooms. This is especially common in main living areas and basements.
