Open concept layouts are very common. While the space may feel like one continuous area, each functional zone is treated as its own room. For example, a kitchen, dining area, and living room within the same footprint would be considered three separate rooms. This is especially common in main living areas and basements.
Designing each zone individually allows us to give every space the thoughtful planning, layout attention, and sourcing it deserves while maintaining a cohesive overall flow. If you’re unsure how your layout would be categorized, our team is happy to review it before you purchase.

Every Room Design includes a generous 10-day revision window. This gives us time to refine selections and make adjustments so the final design for each room feels aligned, intentional, and right for you.
Additional time for revisions is available for an additional fee.

When you’re ready to continue, we’ll seamlessly pick up where we left off, with the same designer, to ensure your home feels cohesive from room to room.
